The SD Discovery Center organizes the Central South Dakota Water Festival, the 4th Tuesday of September. Area 4th and 5th grade students attend a half day event, learning about different aspects of water through 25 minute presentations.

This is a free event, made possible by the 319 Information and Education Project, through a grant from the US EPA and SD DENR.
