Sciencetelling is where science meets storytelling! Join us in this field based exploration of the Badlands. You will spend one day in class in Wall and three days/two nights camping in the primitive area of the Badlands doing field studies. Along the way you will become GLOBE certified, learn how to use iNaturalist, contribute to an ongoing citizen science project and start on earning National Geographic Educator Certification. We will also spend some time strategizing how to bring your adventures into the classroom. Suitable for teachers in Grades 4-12.

Fee: $50. Includes meals while in the field. Travel and accommodations prior to field session not included. A limited amount of camping gear available for a low fee rental. Pierre School District teachers, email Anne for the discount registration code.
